About VIRA
Clearer coordination for a tradition built on trust.
VIRA is a pre-launch app for trusted rotating savings circles. We are building one shared place to organize contribution schedules, payout order, reminders, member communication, and payment status—without turning VIRA into a bank or pooled wallet.

Why VIRA exists
Rotating savings and credit associations have helped communities coordinate shared financial commitments for generations. Depending on the community, a circle may be called a ROSCA, tanda, susu, pardna, cundina, ajo, esusu, stokvel, equb, or simply a money circle. The names and local practices vary, but every circle benefits from a plan its members can understand.
VIRA is being designed to reduce the administrative work around that plan. The product focuses on who is participating, how much is due, when each contribution is expected, who receives next, and what the group has agreed to do. For people who do not already have a group, VIRA is also exploring a discovery option based on preferences such as contribution amount; its exact matching rules and safeguards are still being finalized.
What VIRA is—and is not
VIRA is a coordination platform. It is not a bank, lender, money transmitter, wallet, or custodian. VIRA does not hold, pool, or guarantee member funds. Members connect their own accounts, and payments are intended to move directly from the contributing member’s account to the scheduled recipient’s account through VIRA’s trusted system.
A circle still depends on its members’ agreement and follow-through. VIRA cannot replace the trust between members, guarantee a contribution, guarantee a payout, make lending decisions, or resolve every disagreement. Groups should discuss timing, payout order, missed-payment expectations, and dispute handling before a circle begins.
Pre-launch status
VIRA is planned for launch in Q4 2026. Product features, availability, eligibility, and the final payment experience may change before launch. The current website provides product information and a waitlist; it does not open financial accounts or process circle contributions.
