Product and launch questions
For product availability, launch timing, or early-access interest, join the VIRA waitlist from the homepage. Waitlist members may receive launch updates as the product moves toward its planned Q4 2026 release. Joining does not connect a financial account or enroll you in a live savings circle.
Privacy requests
VIRA currently collects an email address and an optional interest preference through the waitlist. If you receive a VIRA update, you can use the unsubscribe or reply options in that message to manage your pre-launch communication preferences. Do not submit bank credentials, card information, government identification, or sensitive financial details through the waitlist.
Payment or circle disputes
VIRA does not currently process live circle payments. When the product launches, questions about a transfer may also involve the relevant members and the applicable payment-service terms. Questions about a circle agreement, missed contribution, payout order, or member dispute remain matters for the people in that circle and any applicable legal process.
Public contact details
VIRA has not yet published a general support email, telephone number, or office address. This page will be updated when those channels are operational. We do not publish placeholder contact details because accurate support and identity information is more useful to people and search systems than an unmonitored address.
